This Subway is one of the few that has a drive-thru window, and I really appreciate that convenience. Today I ordered my favorite, An "Italian BMT" with pepperjack cheese on an Italian toasted white roll, potato chips and milk. I've eaten here 5-6 times and they have always, always gotten the order correctly. That's impressive considering you're telling them every ingredient over a microphone. - "bell pepper, red onions, cucumber, banana peppers, lettuce, salt and pepper oil and vinegar, mustard and mayonaise". I was reluctant to have them make me a sandwich over a microphone, but it was a snap. Perhaps that, and the fact that a "BMT" is my favorite sandwich, I give this location 5-Stars!
I have been in store and in the drive-through many times in the last i dont know ten(+?) years, and usually the employees there are so nice they feel like your neighbors are making your food. I actually trust this location because they seem to be able to hold onto their employees so they must be treated well? Either way yes it takes time to make a sandwhich as does with Panera bread or whoever you prefer to make your on-order sandwhich. The place inside usually is clean, pretty sure the dinning room isn't used much for the location its at. (Before it being covid). The other day I used the drive thru and they even complimented me making the (actually rather sharp) turn the drive thru makes you do without making a multi-point turn. They see you and they notice what you do. Haha much like a neighbor ehy?
We want to send a big shout out to Subway in Mountlake Terrace for helping Support 7 show our first responders some extra love and sustenance during a huge house fire and vehicle fatality. Not only do they have yummy food, the manager and employees have a servant's heart and spontaneously agreed to help us during this extra tragic incident. Support 7 is a NPO for more than 40 years responding alongside our Sth. Sno. Cty first responders and serving victims and survivors of trauma/crisis, in the moment of need.
